Morocco.so is a small Morocco-focused editorial operation. The fastest way to reach us is by email. We answer within five working days. There is no phone line and no WhatsApp because there is no booking support to give — every booking is held by a partner under their own terms.
What to write about
What we cannot help with
If your hotel booking, tour, flight, car or insurance has a problem, contact the partner you booked with. Their support team is the only party that can change the booking, refund the booking, or escalate a complaint. Morocco.so has no access to their reservation systems. The partner's support contact appears on the booking confirmation email you received from them.
Specifically, we cannot:
- Change or cancel a Booking.com hotel reservation. (Booking.com customer service does this from the email confirmation.)
- Refund a GetYourGuide, Viator or Klook tour. (Same.)
- Rebook a Skyscanner flight or process airline compensation. (Speak to the airline that sold you the ticket.)
- Modify a DiscoverCars car rental at the desk. (The rental company at the airport handles this.)
- Process a SafetyWing, Allianz or AXA insurance claim. (File via the insurer's portal.)
We will route you to the right partner contact where we can, but we cannot act on your behalf.
Response time
Best effort, usually within 48 hours during working days, always within five working days. We are based in Morocco (UTC+1), so emails arriving late evening European time get a response the following morning.
