Morocco.so is a small Morocco-focused editorial operation. The fastest way to reach us is by email. We answer within five working days. There is no phone line and no WhatsApp because there is no booking support to give — every booking is held by a partner under their own terms.

What to write about

Editorial correction
Wrong price, broken link, factual error in a guide. Tell us which article and which paragraph. Subject: "Correction: [article title]".
Partnership inquiry
You operate a Morocco-relevant booking service and want to be listed. We add partners that materially improve coverage in a category, not all of them. Subject: "Partnership: [company]".
Press / interview
Morocco travel sector, lean editorial publishing, AI-leveraged content workflows. Lead times of a week or more are appreciated. Subject: "Press: [outlet]".
Privacy / data request
Access, correction, deletion of any data we hold under GDPR or CCPA. See the Privacy Policy for what we hold. Subject: "Privacy request".
Diaspora / family trips
Specific routes for travellers visiting family in Morocco, especially Marrakech, Casablanca, Tangier, Fès, the smaller towns. We write about these regularly and welcome input.

What we cannot help with

If your hotel booking, tour, flight, car or insurance has a problem, contact the partner you booked with. Their support team is the only party that can change the booking, refund the booking, or escalate a complaint. Morocco.so has no access to their reservation systems. The partner's support contact appears on the booking confirmation email you received from them.

Response time

Best effort, usually within 48 hours during working days, always within five working days. We are based in Morocco (UTC+1), so emails arriving late evening European time get a response the following morning.
